Job Description

As a Full-Stack Software Engineer at Sitewire, you will build and ship mission-critical platform capabilities for construction lenders. Working in a hands-on IC capacity, you'll scope features, maintain alignment across web and mobile platforms, and help migrate a legacy monolith to a modern TypeScript/React stack while serving over a third of the nation's top private lenders.

What You Will Do

Scope, develop, and ship new product features end-to-end using TypeScript, React, and React Native to ensure seamless functionality across both web and mobile experiences.

Manage the complete application lifecycle, including rigorous automated testing, release management, and proactive performance monitoring to maintain high system reliability and engineering velocity.

Help migrate core services from a legacy Ruby on Rails monolith to a modern architecture while writing clean, maintainable code that keeps the codebase healthy as the team scales.

The ideal candidate

Brings roughly 7 years of professional experience with deep mastery of React and solid backend engineering skills in modern typed languages such as TypeScript.

Has a proven track record of shipping and maintaining production-grade application code in fast-paced environments where they successfully managed ambiguity and took high initiative.

Exhibits a customer-first mindset and the ability to collaborate effectively within a fully remote team during the core collaboration window of 11am-3pm Mountain Time.
