Job Description

You will own features end-to-end across an AI-native ERP, from backend architecture to user interfaces. Partnering with product and finance experts, you’ll build automated workflows that drive zero-day closes for high-growth companies. You’ll raise engineering standards through continuous delivery and TDD while helping scale the team through mentorship and collaboration.

What You Will Do

Architect and build full-stack features using Kotlin, Spring Boot, and Svelte 5 to automate accounting workflows.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design systems that solve complex financial data and integration challenges.

Maintain high technical standards through code reviews, automated testing, and ensuring production reliability at scale.

The ideal candidate

Has 5+ years of experience engineering complex, large-scale systems with strong backend fundamentals and frontend proficiency.

Possesses strong product instincts and the ability to navigate difficult technical tradeoffs with the user in mind.

Thrives in high-agency environments where they can design strategies and deliver results without needing constant assignments.
