About the Opportunity

The Associate Software Engineer - US is an individual contributor responsible for supporting the development and maintenance of innovative data management solutions. This position contributes to software development initiatives that enable organizations to connect, manage, and leverage critical business data. The role provides an opportunity to collaborate with experienced engineering teams while developing technical expertise in enterprise, cloud, and SaaS technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Execute assigned software development tasks in accordance with project requirements and established engineering practices.
  • Collaborate with team members to design, develop, test, and deliver quality software solutions.
  • Participate in troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving software issues.
  • Contribute to application enhancements, maintenance activities, and defect resolution.
  • Support development efforts across data management and enterprise software solutions.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing activities, and other software quality processes as assigned.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to support project objectives and delivery timelines.
  • Apply established development standards and best practices to assigned work.
  • Develop knowledge of relevant technologies, tools, and software development methodologies.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

  • Educational qualifications and field of study consistent with the requirements for an associate-level software engineering position.
  • Relevant software development experience, coursework, internship experience, or equivalent practical skills.
  • Familiarity with software development concepts, programming fundamentals, testing, and debugging.
  • Relevant experience or knowledge in master data management (MDM), cloud, enterprise software, or SaaS environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to learn new technologies and development practices quickly.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a software engineering team.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality software.

Pay Range and Compensation Package

  • Overall market salary range: $100,000–$150,000 USD.
  • Actual compensation may vary based on experience, skills, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors.
