About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Staff Software Engineer to design and build customer-facing command-and-control software for mission-critical systems.
This is an opportunity for an engineer who thinks beyond individual features and enjoys solving complex system-level problems. You will work across the full stack—from frontend application architecture and data-driven single-page applications to backend services, APIs, and real-time operational data.
What You’ll Do
Architect and build complex, data-driven single-page applications.
Design scalable backend services, APIs, integrations, and data flows.
Lead technical design and make foundational architectural decisions.
Establish engineering patterns, coding standards, and maintainability practices.
Solve performance, reliability, and scalability challenges across the stack.
Conduct architectural and code reviews.
Mentor engineers and help raise the overall technical bar.
Work with real-time telemetry, operational workflows, and mission-critical systems.
What We’re Looking For
8+ years of software engineering experience.
Strong hands-on full-stack engineering background.
Experience with frontend architecture and backend services.
Strong system design and software architecture experience.
Proven experience delivering significant production software systems.
Ability to make and communicate complex technical tradeoffs.
Experience leading technical design and influencing engineering standards.
Strong independent problem-solving and engineering judgment.
Preferred Experience:
