Robert Half is partnering with a large technology-focused organization seeking a Senior AI Software Engineer to help build and scale enterprise AI solutions that drive productivity, automation, and innovation across the business.
This role is ideal for a hands-on engineer who has experience developing and deploying AI-powered applications in production environments. The team is focused on creating scalable solutions that improve workflows, accelerate delivery, and help drive adoption of modern AI technologies throughout the organization.
What You'll Be Doing
- Build and support production AI applications and intelligent automation solutions
- Develop scalable software using Python and modern engineering practices
- Design AI-powered workflows and application integrations
- Partner with technical and business stakeholders to identify high-impact opportunities
- Improve application reliability, scalability, and performance
- Create reusable components and frameworks that support enterprise adoption
- Participate in architecture and design discussions for emerging AI initiatives
- Help evaluate and implement new AI capabilities across multiple teams
What They're Looking For
- 6+ years of software engineering experience
- Strong Python development background
- Experience building and deploying AI-enabled applications into production
- Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Experience developing cloud-based applications and services
- Strong API development and software architecture experience
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Experience
- Enterprise software environments
- Cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Intelligent workflow automation
- Internal platform or developer productivity tools
- AI enablement or modernization initiatives
'Compensation & Benefits
- $180,000 - $200,000 base salary
