Job Title: Lead Data Scientist

Location: Remote

Real-World Evidence (RWE) and Real-World Data (RWD) - Mandatory

Strong understanding of statistical concepts, methodologies, and principles, with the ability to apply them effectively to real-world data problems.

Proven experience in model validation, including assessing model performance, robustness, and reliability.

Ability to select and apply appropriate evaluation metrics based on business objectives, data characteristics, and modeling requirements.

Hands-on experience working with Real-World Evidence (RWE) and Real-World Data (RWD).

Minimum 10+ years of industry experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.

Strong expertise in NLP, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Generative AI, with a solid understanding of both underlying concepts and practical implementation.

Experience with modern LLM/agentic AI frameworks, such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, or equivalent technologies.

Strong proficiency in traditional machine learning techniques using scikit-learn, XGBoost, and similar frameworks.

Expert-level Python programming skills, with the ability to develop clean, scalable, maintainable, and well-tested production code beyond notebook-based development.

Experience developing and deploying production-ready ML/AI APIs using FastAPI or comparable frameworks.

Strong knowledge of AWS cloud services, particularly ECS, Lambda, and S3.

Familiarity with MLOps and DevOps practices, including Docker, Terraform, Azure DevOps, and GitHub Actions, is highly desirable.

Demonstrated ability to contribute to system architecture, technical problem-solving, and end-to-end project ownership, from design and development through production deployment.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote-first environment, while effectively managing priorities and delivering high-quality solutions.
