About the role

We are hiring a Senior Software Engineer (AI/Agentic, Full Stack) in Remote (US) to support our client’s growing enterprise software modernization team. This Senior Software Engineer job in the United States is ideal for candidates with experience in autonomous agents, LLM workflows, LangChain / LangGraph, Python, .NET, TypeScript, SQL, RAG, vector databases, ERP modernization, prompt engineering, and CI/CD.

Join a specialized modernization strike team building AI native, agentic workflows that transform how enterprise systems are built, tested, and operated. You’ll design and ship production grade features by combining LLM tool-calling, evals/guardrails, and observability to modernize legacy ERP modules into reliable, testable services. This role requires hands-on experience building and deploying AI/LLM systems to production environments. Academic or tutorial experience alone is not sufficient.

Responsibilities

Design & deploy autonomous agents and multi-step LLM pipelines (LangChain / Lang Graph / AutoGen).

Orchestrate tools & APIs, implement state management, and handle long-running processes.

Refactor legacy C#/SQL modules into modern, testable services with unit tests and documentation.

Implement RAG with vector databases (Qdrant/pgvector) and build knowledge graphs.

Optimize prompts with DSPy, perform evals, red-teaming, and apply guardrails.

Automate browser workflows using Playwright; contribute to generative UIs.

Ship via Docker, GitHub Actions, CI/CD; add tracing, logging, monitoring (Agent-Ops).

Collaborate with product, data, QA, and platform teams to deliver secure, auditable solutions.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience with autonomous agents, LLM chains, and AI-assisted development.

Strong coding in Python, .NET, TypeScript, SQL; familiarity with ERP schemas.

Reliability mindset: eval frameworks, guardrails, observability, and production SLOs.

Ability to translate domain logic into structured prompts, constraints, and testable specs.

5+ years of software engineering

2+ years of AI/LLM work
