OVERVIEW
Robert Half is partnering with an established enterprise software organization seeking a Senior Agentic AI Engineer to help scale internal AI initiatives and drive production adoption across engineering teams.
This role will focus on building reusable AI solutions, agentic workflows, developer productivity tools, and AI-enabled engineering capabilities that support large-scale software delivery efforts.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Build production AI applications and workflows
Design agentic orchestration patterns
Develop RAG-based solutions
Create reusable AI engineering components
Partner with engineering teams on adoption
Establish evaluation and testing approaches
Improve AI reliability and observability
Support internal enablement initiatives
QUALIFICATIONS
6+ years software engineering experience
2+ years AI or Generative AI experience
Strong Python development skills
Production LLM implementation experience
RAG architecture experience
Cloud platform experience
API development expertise
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
LangGraph
OpenAI Agents SDK
Semantic Kernel
AI evaluation frameworks
Enterprise SaaS experience
COMPENSATION AND SCHEDULE
$170K+ Base
