Members collaborate across functions to solve complex problems in a high-scale, distributed environment. What you'll do:

Deliver platform capabilities including infrastructure, tooling, and ML frameworks aligned with roadmap milestones.

Drive full software development lifecycle activities such as coding, testing, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.

Apply cloud-native architecture principles to ensure scalable, resilient, and agile systems.

Conduct system design reviews to validate feasibility and ensure alignment with architectural best practices.

Build AI-driven applications integrating ML components for automation and multi-step reasoning.

Mentor engineers, influence technical decisions, and promote engineering excellence through documentation and knowledge sharing.

Collaborate across teams to translate complex problems into actionable technical requirements using data-driven practices.

Continuously improve processes, tools, and products by embracing innovation and change agility.

What you'll bring:

Proven expertise in cloud-native architecture, including microservices, containers, and automation to ensure scalable and resilient systems.

Strong proficiency in software design patterns, API design, and software prototyping to deliver maintainable and modular solutions.

Experience driving full software development lifecycle activities, including coding, testing, CI/CD deployment, and observability.

Ability to lead technical design reviews and apply sound technical judgment for sustainable architecture decisions.

Skilled in DevOps engineering and remedial action to enhance platform reliability and developer productivity.

Demonstrated problem-solving skills and data-driven decision making to optimize engineering outcomes.

Commitment to mentoring and technical leadership fostering continuous learning and collaboration.

The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00 - $286,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
