About the role
AICines is hiring Software Engineers to lead work on our AI generation pipeline and platform infrastructure. We sponsor H-1B for the right candidate — this is a genuine full-time path, not a placeholder line.
What you'll do
Own core systems in our AI video/image generation pipeline or platform infrastructure
Set technical direction alongside founders and senior engineering leadership
Build for scale on a live, global consumer product
What we're looking for
3+ years of professional software engineering experience
Strong in Python and at least one of: distributed systems, ML infrastructure, or large-scale backend systems
Currently on OPT/STEM OPT approaching H-1B eligibility, or already H-1B holder seeking transfer
Track record of shipping production systems, not just prototypes
