About the Role
We are hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) to help enterprise clients identify, build, and scale high-value GenAI and Agentic AI solutions. This is a hands-on, client-facing role combining executive engagement, rapid prototyping, solution architecture, and production delivery.
Responsibilities
Partner with CXOs and senior stakeholders to identify high-value AI opportunities and define measurable outcomes.
Rapidly design and build Proofs of Value (PoVs) that demonstrate business impact and technical feasibility.
Develop agentic workflows using LLMs, RAG, tool calling, enterprise integrations, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop controls.
Define scalable architectures covering security, governance, observability, evaluation, and deployment.
Integrate AI solutions with enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow, Salesforce, SAP, Microsoft 365, Databricks, and Snowflake.
Support client engagements through technical workshops, demos, and architecture discussions.
Create reusable AI accelerators, evaluation frameworks, and reference architectures.
Transition successful PoVs into MVPs and production with delivery teams.
Requirements
8+ years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, or technical consulting.
Strong hands-on experience with GenAI/LLMs, Agentic AI, RAG, tool calling, and AI evaluation.
Proficiency in Python plus TypeScript, Java, or Go.
Experience with AWS, Azure, and/or GCP, APIs, containers, CI/CD, and observability.
Experience building enterprise integrations and production-grade AI solutions.
Understanding of AI security, governance, responsible AI, and AgentOps/LLMOps.
Excellent communication and executive-facing skills.
Willingness to travel for client engagements.
Preferred Qualifications
Production experience delivering GenAI/Agentic AI solutions.
Experience with ServiceNow, Salesforce, SAP, Microsoft, Databricks, Snowflake, or similar enterprise platforms.
Industry experience in BFSI, Retail/CPG, Manufacturing, Travel/Hospitality, or Media.
Relevant cloud, AI, security, or data certifications.
