About the Role
We’re looking for a Forward Deployed AI Engineer (FDE) to help enterprise clients identify, build, and scale high-impact Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions. This is a hands-on, client-facing role combining AI engineering, solution architecture, rapid prototyping, and production delivery.
Responsibilities
Partner with CXOs and senior stakeholders to identify AI opportunities and define measurable outcomes.
Design and build Proofs of Value (PoVs) that demonstrate business impact and technical feasibility.
Develop Agentic AI workflows using LLMs, RAG, tool calling, enterprise integrations, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop controls.
Design scalable architectures focused on security, governance, observability, evaluation, and deployment.
Integrate AI solutions with platforms such as ServiceNow, Salesforce, SAP, Microsoft 365, Databricks, and Snowflake.
Lead technical workshops, demos, and architecture discussions.
Transition successful PoVs into MVPs and production-ready solutions.
Requirements
8+ years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, or technical consulting.
Strong hands-on experience with GenAI/LLMs, Agentic AI, RAG, tool calling, and AI evaluation.
Proficiency in Python plus TypeScript, Java, or Go.
Experience with AWS, Azure, and/or GCP, APIs, containers, CI/CD, and observability.
Experience building enterprise integrations and production-grade AI solutions.
Knowledge of AI security, governance, responsible AI, AgentOps/LLMOps.
Excellent communication and executive-facing skills.
Willingness to travel for client engagements.
Preferred
Production experience delivering GenAI/Agentic AI solutions.
Experience with ServiceNow, Salesforce, SAP, Microsoft, Databricks, or Snowflake.
Industry experience in BFSI, Retail/CPG, Manufacturing, Travel/Hospitality, or Media.
Relevant cloud, AI, security, or data certifications.
