Software Engineer

Responsibilities:

Design, build, and ship high-quality production software that solves complex and technically demanding problems.

Work across the stack to deliver performant, reliable, and scalable systems.

Collaborate closely with other engineers and business stakeholders to translate ambiguous problems into well-engineered solutions.

Contribute to a culture of engineering excellence through code quality, design, testing, and technical rigor.

Take ownership of significant projects from design through production.

Requirements:

Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent demonstrated ability.

Exceptional software engineering fundamentals, including strong command of algorithms, data structures, systems design, and at least one major programming language (e.g., C++, Java, Python, C#, Go, or similar).

A track record of building complex, high-quality software, typically demonstrated through experience at a leading technology company or an equally rigorous engineering environment.

Strong problem-solving ability and a demonstrated capacity to tackle hard technical challenges.

No prior finance or markets knowledge is required; intellectual curiosity and a willingness to learn the domain are essential.

Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to engineering.
