Key Responsibilities
Develop modern web applications, APIs, and enterprise integrations.
Design and build cloud-native solutions on Azure and/or GCP.
Implement scalable microservices and event-driven architectures.
Support CI/CD, DevOps, and application security best practices.
Integrate AI/LLM capabilities into business workflows.
Collaborate with architects, product owners, and business stakeholders.
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical standards.
Support Operational Excellence (OE) initiatives, including:
Design automation
Design validation
Permit automation
Support AI solutions, including:
Obi: New-joiner onboarding concierge
NOVA: AI-powered workflow orchestration
AI/Cloud Requirements
1 of 4 positions: Full-stack development + AI experience with GCP.
3 of 4 positions: Full-stack development + AI experience within the Azure AI ecosystem.
Experience using AI throughout the SDLC.
Experience implementing RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
Experience evaluating LLMs.
Experience with AI-enabled applications.
Knowledge of:
Azure OpenAI
Vertex AI
RAG
Generative AI solutions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
8+ years of full-stack software development experience.
Strong experience with:
Next.js
TypeScript
Python
PostgreSQL
Drizzle and/or SQLAlchemy ORM
REST APIs and microservices
SQL/NoSQL databases
Azure and/or GCP
Git, CI/CD, and DevOps
Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience building AI-enabled applications.
Experience with enterprise workflow automation and integrations.
Familiarity with utility, engineering, construction, or permitting systems.
Responsibilities

Qualifications

- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
