We are hiring four experienced AI Engineers to join a major global financial services organization and help design, develop and deploy advanced AI solutions at enterprise scale.

This is an opportunity to work at the intersection of machine learning, Generative AI and Agentic AI, building production-ready systems that solve complex business problems. You will contribute across the complete AI lifecycle, from data ingestion and model development through deployment, monitoring, security and governance.

Candidates may work from either Phoenix, Arizona or Sunrise, Florida.

What you’ll be doing

Design, build and deploy scalable AI and machine learning solutions.

Develop end-to-end ML pipelines covering ingestion, training, deployment and monitoring.

Build Generative AI applications using large language models, RAG architectures and vector databases.

Design sophisticated agentic workflows using LangGraph, LangChain and related frameworks.

Develop multimodal applications incorporating text, image, audio and video capabilities.

Evaluate new models, frameworks and AI technologies for enterprise use.

Ensure solutions meet demanding performance, scalability, security and governance standards.

Partner with product managers, business stakeholders, data engineers and architects.

Mentor other engineers and promote strong AI engineering practices.

Communicate technical concepts, progress and business impact to senior stakeholders.

What we’re looking for

At least eight years of relevant software, machine learning or AI engineering experience.

Strong commercial Python development skills, including object-oriented programming, functions and modules, iterators, generators, exception handling, decorators, typing and data classes.

Good understanding of data structures, algorithms and software design patterns.

Hands-on experience designing and optimizing production machine learning pipelines.

Strong experience with ML technologies such as NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, XGBoost, LightGBM, PyTorch, TensorFlow and MLflow.

Practical experience developing LLM-powered applications and RAG solutions.

Experience with LangChain, LangGraph and/or LlamaIndex.

Knowledge of vector search technologies such as FAISS or Pinecone.

Experience integrating leading model APIs, including OpenAI, Anthropic or Gemini.

Previous experience building AI agents or multi-step agentic workflows.

Strong communication skills and the ability to provide technical leadership.
