What you will own
Sit inside a client's operation: learn how estimators, PMs, and finance actually work, then build against that reality.
Turn the advisory team's findings into shipped automations across the client's existing systems, not slideware.
Own delivery through adoption. The work is done when the client's team uses it daily, not when it is handed off.
Integrate with whatever the client runs: project management, accounting, email, document stores, and the gaps between them.
Feed what you learn in the field back into the platform so the next deployment starts further ahead.
What we are looking for
Strong engineering fundamentals and the judgment to ship systems people can depend on.
Comfort across the stack and across unfamiliar third-party systems and APIs.
Experience building LLM-backed or workflow automation systems, or the appetite to go deep fast.
Able to sit with a non-technical operator, earn trust, and leave with the real requirement.
Comfortable owning delivery end to end in a client-facing role.
Nice to have
Exposure to construction, finance, or operations-heavy businesses.
Workflow tooling experience (n8n or similar).
Consulting or client-facing delivery background.
