Founding / First Solutions Engineer
PRE-Sales
Work Closely With Our Head of Sales to Win New Business.
Implement and Manage PoCs.
Get Up To Speed on Customers' Codebases.
Build the Customer Simulation and Test the AI Agent
Document and Show the Value of Our Platform on the Customer's Systems
POST-Sales:
Help Customers Get Up and Running With Our Platform
Document Best Practices For The FDE Function
Act as a TAM (Technical Account Manager)
IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE:
3+ Years of Building Enterprise Software (Strong in Python)
LLM Experience: Building LLMs, Evaluating LLMs
Polyglot, Language Agnostic
Happy to Work Primarily in Python
Some Customer Facing Experience
Computer Science Degree From a Top University
Excited to Make a Huge Impact at an Early Startup
Responsibilities
- Work closely with Head of Sales to win new business
- Implement and manage PoCs
- Get up to speed on customers' codebases
- Build customer simulation and test the AI agent
- Document and show the value of our platform on customer's systems
- Help customers get up and running with our platform
- Document best practices for the FDE function
- Act as a Technical Account Manager
Qualifications
- 3+ years of building enterprise software
- Strong in Python
- LLM experience: building and evaluating LLMs
- Polyglot, language agnostic
- Some customer facing experience
- Computer Science degree from a top university
