Senior Forward Deployed Engineer (Palantir)

Base Salary + 10% Annual Bonus
This nationwide industry leader is seeking a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer to help design, build, and deploy AI-powered solutions that drive operational efficiency and measurable business outcomes.
This is a highly visible, hands-on engineering role focused on leveraging Palantir Foundry, Palantir AIP, AI platforms, enterprise integrations, and automation technologies to solve complex business challenges. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with excellent communication skills and a consultative approach to delivering solutions.
The successful candidate will work directly with business stakeholders, rapidly prototype and deploy AI-driven solutions, and help expand the organization's AI capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Design, prototype, and deploy AI-enabled solutions using LLMs, AI agents, and workflow automation
Build and maintain solutions utilizing Palantir Foundry and AIP
Partner directly with business stakeholders to identify opportunities and solve operational challenges
Develop APIs, integrations, orchestration layers, and automation workflows
Support document intelligence and large-scale document processing initiatives
Utilize AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery and improve solution quality
Iterate rapidly based on stakeholder feedback and evolving business needs
Help establish scalable AI architecture, governance, and reusable development patterns
Collaborate across technical and business teams to deliver high-impact solutions
Required Qualifications
5+ years of software engineering, data engineering, or AI solution delivery experience
2+ years of hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry and/or Palantir AIP
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Strong Python development experience
Experience working with SQL and relational databases
Azure and/or AWS cloud experience
Experience integrating enterprise applications, APIs, and data platforms
Experience building AI, LLM, or agent-based workflows
Strong systems-thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio
Experience with Power Platform
JavaScript and/or TypeScript development experience
Experience with Azure AI Services
Experience with RAG architectures, embeddings, vector databases, and evaluation frameworks
Experience building document intelligence solutions
Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or similar platforms
