Job Type: Long-Term Contract
Work Authorization: USC, Green Card, or H4 EAD (Long-Term Validity Only)
Pay Rate: $60/hr on W2 or $120,000 per annum with benefits

Job Description
We are looking for a Senior API Developer with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices to build scalable, secure, and high-performance APIs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, design backend solutions, and contribute to enterprise-level application development while following Agile best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs and Microservices
Build backend components using Java, Spring Boot, and J2EE
Create and maintain API specifications using Swagger
Integrate APIs with external client systems
Develop and execute unit tests for Java and JavaScript code
Work with Kafka, IBM MQ, SQL, and NoSQL databases
Participate in code reviews, technical design, and architecture discussions
Implement CI/CD pipelines using GitHub and Jenkins
Collaborate with business, design, and technical stakeholders in an Agile environment
Required Qualifications
8+ years of Java/J2EE development experience
Strong hands-on experience with Spring Boot and Microservices
8+ years of RESTful/SOAP Web Services development
5+ years of Angular, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
Experience with Swagger, XML, and JSON
Hands-on experience with Kafka and IBM MQ
Strong SQL and NoSQL database knowledge
Experience with GitHub, Jenkins, and CI/CD
Exposure to AWS or Azure cloud platforms
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
