Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Agentic AI Specialist/Engineer – Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) to work at the forefront of AI innovation. You will partner directly with subject matter experts, product, and engineering teams to rapidly design, prototype, and deploy enterprise-grade AI solutions for high-priority business challenges.

This is a fast-paced engineering role where you will move from concept to working prototype in days—not months. The ideal candidate combines strong hands-on expertise in AI agents, full-stack development, LLMs, RAG, MCP, and cloud platforms with excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Experience developing agents using platforms such as AWS Agent Core is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Design & Architecture

Lead solution design for complex data and AI problems from discovery through technical implementation.

Define architecture decisions, trade-offs, and delivery strategies for technical and business stakeholders.

Design scalable, modular, secure, and maintainable enterprise solutions.

Participate in architecture reviews and ensure alignment with enterprise standards.

Create architecture diagrams, data-flow maps, API contracts, and technical documentation.

Rapid Prototyping & Solution Delivery

Build and deliver functional AI/data prototypes within days or weeks.

Translate ambiguous business requirements into practical technical solutions.

Develop production-ready solutions while maintaining speed and quality.

Continuously improve solutions based on feedback from product teams and end users.

Build intuitive front-end interfaces, dashboards, and experiences for AI-driven applications.

Apply strong UX principles to make AI outputs accessible and actionable.

AI Agent Development

Design, build, and deploy AI agents and multi-agent systems to automate complex workflows.

Develop reusable agent skills and capabilities for larger agentic pipelines.

Implement and extend Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers and clients to integrate enterprise tools, APIs, and data sources.

Build evaluation frameworks, guardrails, and monitoring solutions for reliable and safe AI agents.

Integrate LLMs, RAG systems, and ML models into production workflows.

Stay current with emerging agentic AI technologies and proactively introduce innovative solutions.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

Work closely with product, program, engineering, and business teams to define and solve complex problems.

Influence technical direction and drive alignment across teams.

Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Present solutions and architecture to senior leadership and business teams.

Mentor junior engineers on agentic AI development, prompt engineering, and rapid solution delivery.

Promote a collaborative, low-ego culture focused on both speed and quality.

Ideal Candidate

Strong hands-on experience building AI agents and agentic AI solutions.

Experience with AWS Agent Core or similar agent development platforms.

Strong knowledge of LLMs, RAG, MCP, prompt engineering, and AI/ML workflows.

Full-stack development experience with the ability to build both backend services and intuitive user interfaces.

Experience designing and deploying scalable, enterprise-grade solutions.

Strong understanding of APIs, cloud platforms, data integration, security, and system architecture.

Ability to work effectively in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder-management skills.

Ability to rapidly move from business problem → architecture → prototype → production solution.
