As a Senior AI Engineer, you will build systems where AI agents work alongside humans. You will move beyond writing manual code to designing the specs, harnesses, and evals that ensure agent reliability. Working across TypeScript and Python, you will own features end-to-end, creating high-impact tools that redefine how people and machines collaborate.

You will have total autonomy to own features from wireframe to production across products focused on AI-native recruiting and professional workflows.

What You Will Do

Own end-to-end features across a TypeScript/Node API, a Python agent runtime, and a Next.js frontend architecture.

Build and harden agentic workflows with humans-in-the-loop, including drafting pipelines, review queues, and escalation logic to ensure output quality.

Develop quality infrastructure including eval sets that gate CI, guardrails traced to real incidents, and regression tests that pin every fix.

The ideal candidate

Has 5+ years of experience shipping production software across the stack with high proficiency in both TypeScript and Python.

Has successfully shipped at least one LLM-powered system to real users, featuring robust evals, guardrails, and failure-mode management.

Demonstrates high CLI fluency and experience building custom harnesses, such as MCP servers or context engineering tools, to direct agents effectively.
